Hi all,
I think it goes without saying I'm a huge fan of paranormal investigations, and I think it's pretty cool that there are teams in this area. It seems a lot of the investigations aren't all too recent? Please tell me these teams are still active...

In any case, I'm in Helena and it doesn't appear that many (if any) investigations happen here, but I think they should!

I have lived in a home built in 1886 for most of my life and have experienced, and heard of several experiences here. I just got a new job and found out a co-worker used to live here and she said they had named the ghost Harvey. He would make clinking noises in their bedroom until they moved to another room. And he hated pies. Our cats sometimes have 'episodes' where they'll just sit at a particular closet or room entrance (the same room the co-worker moved out of!) and just growl and hiss though there's nothing (alive) in there. We recently got in touch with the descendants of the family that first lived here, and they sent us pictures of the family and the house from that time. I've since become somewhat obsessed with this house, and am very interested to see if a team would want to come investigate here, as I would myself but am too scared to do something wrong and invite unwanted spirits or something (knowing my luck!)....

I am a member of TSI and also have a sister group in Dillon called MYST-EEK. We have done some investigations here, Butte and in Deer Lodge. I just haven't got my Web page created yet (technically challenged). I can ask my team if they are interested in a road trip. A lot depends upon the weather and key members of my team are only available on weekends. I am up your way frequently with my sig. other who goes to the VA for doc. appts. I'll be there Tues and Wed this week. If you want to send me a personal message with your address I can do a drive by and see what impression I get, if you'd like. We had previously planned on staying over night but the weather doesn't look too bad so he just wants to drive up and back both days. That would have been perfect if we'd been staying over night. Shucks. By the way,there is a para normal group in Helena but I think they are not active at this time. The guy used to set up ghost walks in older part of town.
I have lived in haunted houses myself and know the obsession to find history about it. Good luck in all that you can track down. Did you find any evidence of a Harvey living there previously?
