High Capacity SD cards (sdhc)
Hello

A team member had a SDHC 8GB card and I noticed my laptop would not recognize the card. Looks like for Windows XP you need to install a Hotfix for the high capacity cards. Not sure if this is a issue with Vista, but wanted to provide a link here in case anyone else runs into this problem.

Thanks!

RE: High Capacity SD cards (sdhc)
Oh man, IBM may want to know about that. When people come in to use our picture kiosks at Walmart those 8GB cards always crash the kiosks, and I know they run XP. I wonder if that's the reason.

Anyways, we also sell an SD Card reader that plugs into a USB, as well as a 32in1. I'm thinking of picking up the 32in1 so that if someone has a Compact Flash, MSProduo, XD, etc we'll be able to make sure it works.

The dude with the beard.
