Ecto mist

Here are a couple of Ecto mist pictures Kris took at the old prison, what I want to know is why are they colored and what does the color mean. Any theories???

I have a possible theory and correct me if i am wrong. Was the prison cold that night? If it was could there have been some condinsation on the lense of the camera from being in kris' hand? Could the color be that condinsation reflecting different color fragments from a light kris or someone may have been carrying. Just my theory, love to know what you think!

The condensation would have had to been internal for multiple colors. If it is just on the lens you would see them sort of out of focus or soft focus. In these pics, you can see that the mist is about 3-6 feet in front of the camera.

No it wasn't overly cold you couldnt see your breathe in  the building, and the sewer and water have been off since 1979 and it was not raining or snowing outside either. It was a very pleaseant day and night when these were taken he had taken several hundred that night and these were the only ones with ecto of any kind. I showed these to a group out of Chicago and they said it was sewer gas gas trapped in the room, and or people were smoking cigarettes. I replied to them and said no one is allowed to smoke on investigation, and that all sewer and gas have been off since 1979. i was there when they were taken and you could not see your breathe, I am at a loss for the color i have been told they reveal the feelings of the spirits like a mood ring but i just dont buy that. I have been told they make up the colrs of the rock and minerals of the  building and walls but I am not a geologist and that also seems to far fetched for me. All I know is that they werent faked, and it wasnt smoke, sewer or swamp gas.

ha ha sewer gas.... I'll just say its a smoke bomb someone lit in there or maybe it was a chemical fire.... or some other unreasonable source

the only smoke bomb that night was from Kris passing gas, hey wait a minute is from him passing gas and it was reflecting off off the swamp gas that was reflecting the sewer gas from the Berkly pit in Butte that must be why the colors. I am glad I figured that one out.... LOL!

I also forgot to ask - what is the best way to determine if what is photographed is ecto plasmic mist or your breath? Someone told me that it had to be thick and not white. True or false?

Breath will be linear and mostly white.

I agree with David on this your breath does not look like real Ecto
