Get what ever equipment you will need
EMF meter, voice recoreder, digital camera, 35mm camera, and night vision Video as well. Laser Thermometer (Radio shack is good for the thermometer you only need to register 12- 24 inches in front of you so anything else is a waste. I doubt it is as nice as the ones you have but I couldn't find them anywhere and the Sony I got has "night vision plus"....... what ever that means. I'm sure I'll do better with an IR illuminator but will have to get that when I get my MT tax refund to come. My goal is for the IR, KII with the toggle switch (want my bells and whistles LOL) and a laser thermometer then I think I should be all set for a while
